• Comparison data for properties you add to the comparison tool
• Calculated financial metrics and analysis results

How We Use Your Data

All data processing occurs entirely within your browser. We:

• Extract property information from publicly-listed real estate websites
• Temporarily parse page content locally to identify listing details; raw page snippets are not stored
• Perform financial calculations to generate investment analysis
• Store comparison data in your browser's local storage for session persistence
• Use settings to customize calculations per property

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not:

• Send any property data, analysis results, or settings to external servers
• Collect, store, or monitor your browsing history
• Track your usage patterns or investment decisions
• Use analytics, telemetry, or third-party tracking services
• Share data with advertisers or third parties
• Store any identifying information about you

Data Storage

• Duration: Settings and comparison data persist in your browser's local storage until you clear it or uninstall the extension
• Access: Only accessible to this extension within your browser
• Clearing: Data is removed when you:

• Clear browser's local storage
• Clear comparison items using the "Clear All" button
• Uninstall the extension
• Close and clear browser data

External Content

This extension may link to:

• Zillow.com and Redfin.com for property listings (subject to their privacy policies)

Security

Your data is protected by:

• Execution entirely within Chrome sandbox environment
